Milk is pasteurized at 176˚F for 18

seconds and cooled to 33˚F and it is kept at 38˚F or less for storage.

Our gallon machines fill 3,600 gallons per hour.

Our half gallon machine fills 4,200 half gallons per hour.

Our quart machine fills quarts, pints, half pints up to 4,800 per hour.

We process milk 4 days a week; on Wednesdays we process our other products.

We process over 100,000 gallons of milk per week and 20,000 gallons of other drink per week.
